Laguna Estates is a Private Residential Community for retired Americans. Our goal is to assist anyone that would like to retire in Costa Rica and allow them to make that dream into a reality.

Laguna Estates is located 5 minutes away from New Arenal in La Fortuna, San Carlos, Costa Rica. Banks, supermarkets, activities and any other amenities needed can be found at this new small town plenty of retired Americans are now calling home.
How is Laguna Estates different from its competitors?
Our Residential Community provides all of the needs anyone will need when thinking about retiring in Costa Rica. We make sure we take care of our residents and put them first. We have years of experience in assisting Americans in Retiring in Costa Rica and always make sure they are not being taken advantage of. We treat you as our own family.
What do I need to retire in Costa Rica?

Can I build my own home?
Yes! If you have a design of what you would like your dream home to be at our residential community, feel free to contact us. Our partner construction company can build any home you would like.
Is medical assistance available?
Yes, we have medical assistance available for all of our residents, this is 24/7 assistance or in case of emergencies.
