Our lots are all 500 meters2, we help build our residents home in no-time (6 month time-frame standard). We also have medical assistance for our residents, be it 24/7 or emergency assistance, you can be at ease knowing that we will always be here to help you for any health needs. Our entire property consists or a community park, this is a private park that only residents of the community can enjoy to their satisfaction at any time of the day. It also provides our residents a community house, which can be used for personal events. The community house also includes a community pool that all our residents have access to. Our entire community is closed off and gated and for a small maintenance fee, our residents enjoy the services of gardening and 24/7 security/security guard.
We boast the knowledge and assistance of a Law Firm that assists us with every step of the way to becoming a permanent resident in the country of Costa Rica.
